Q: Are Duds Suds safe for my cloth diapers?

A: Yes! Our formula is completely cloth friendly!

 

Q: Does the scent remain in my clothes / diapers after washing? Is this safe for my diapers?

A: Yes and yes! A scent will remain in whatever you launder. Like things on the stronger side? Order extra scent! We use high quality, concentrated fragrance. That means there are literally drops in each bag of Duds Suds, making it cloth friendly.

 

Q: Do you ship to the USA?

A: We do! We will ship to the USA via FedEx Ground.

 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: You will be charged shipping accordingly at checkout. Once your mailing label is printed out, we will refund you the shipping difference. You pay exact shipping only. If you live in NL, NU, NT, YT, HI, AK  you will be charged additional shipping fees due to the excessive shipping rates to these locations.

 

Q: Do Duds Suds contain any harmful chemicals?

A: No! It is important to us to offer a green detergent. We use natural ingredients in our products. Duds Suds does not contain harsh chemicals, phosphates, SLS, parabens or phthalates.

 

Q: Are Duds Suds safe for sensitive skin?

A: Each person reacts differently to different ingredients. However, our product was formulated to meet the needs of a sensitive skinned baby. We would recommend trying regular strength scent, or unscented, to test the waters. Of course, if by chance a reaction does occur, we recommend you discontinue use.

 

Q: Why do some scents seem stronger than others?

A: Each scent reacts and washes differently. You may find that some leave more of a fragrance than others.

 

Q: Why isn’t my washer full of suds during washing?

A: Suds don’t affect the cleaning results. This formula is designed to be low / no suds to effectively clean diapers and laundry.

 

Q: Will you be adding more scents?

A: Yes! We will continuously be adding to our scent options. Have something in mind? Email us!

Q: Are Duds Suds all natural?

A: Our base product is derived from natural ingredients. Please know that fragrance oils are synthetic, so if you opt for a scented variety, please be aware that it is no longer all natural, but more 98% natural. Because the scents we use are incredibly concentrated, a mere few drops are added to an entire bag. We use only high quality, phthalate free fragrance oils. Our selection of essential oils will be expanding over time as well. This will allow you to keep the integrity of your all natural options.
